We have bought an abandoned derelict eye sore of a building in Sunderland City Centre… and will be converting it into our dream film studio, workshop, and office!!
For this episode we will be showing you around, clearing the massive rear garage and gaining access to the main building. We eventually find a huge wasp nest, thousands of tyres, and then piles and piles of suspected asbestos!
